On Wednesday, January 27th, 2010 Suffolk University Office of Career Services will be hosting the “Museum Internships Fair.” The event features networking opportunities, a panel of professionals in the field and a roundtable discussion. Both undergraduate and graduate students alike, with any major, can discover a wide range of internship and job opportunities with renowned Boston area museums. Expected museums include the Museum of Fine Arts, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, the Boston Children’s Museum, The Institute of Contemporary Art, the New England Aquariums, and the Museum of Science.
Students can chat with representatives and can find opportunities in an array of fields such as Communications, Marketing, Development, Event Planning, Exhibit Development, Collections, Public Relations, Veterinary Services and much more.
Interested students should note that the event is on Wednesday, January 27th from 4:00-6:00pm. The event location is at the Suffolk University Law School Function Room (1st floor conference room) at 120 Tremont Street.
